วิลเลี่ยน พ็อพพ์ ดาวรุ่งชาวบราซิลวัย 31 ปี ของ เมืองทอง ยูไนเต็ด เผยว่าตนเองพร้อมกลับมาช่วยทีมอีกครั้ง หลังจากได้รับบาดเจ็บรุนแรงที่ข้อเท้าแตก ต้องผ่าตัดและพักยาว 7 เดือนตั้งแต่เกมอุ่นเครื่องปรีซีซั่นเมื่อเดือนสิงหาคม 2568

ปัจจุบัน พ็อพพ์กำลังฝึกซ้อมอย่างหนักวันละ 2 ครั้ง และกำลังรอตั๋วเครื่องบินกับวีซ่าจากสโมสรเพื่อเดินทางกลับประเทศไทยโดยเร็วที่สุด เพื่อเข้าร่วมซ้อมกับเพื่อนร่วมทีมและเตรียมความพร้อมช่วยกิเลนผยองในช่วงเวลาสำคัญที่เหลือของฤดูกาล 2025/26
