A native of Kumasi, Ghana, Richmond Darko began his playing career at the Kotoko Babies Academy. He later moved on to compete in Ghana’s top flight, playing for clubs like Tema Youth SC and FC Samartex. His move to Muangthong United marks his first professional experience outside of his home country.
