Muangthong United officially commenced their first day of training for the 2026/2027 season this evening. The initial group of players consisted of talented youth prospects integrated with returning squad members from last season, alongside players returning from their respective loan spells.

The second group of players, featuring the senior Thailand national team stars and the U-23 internationals, is scheduled to report back and join the training camp on July 13.

The opening session was overseen by head coach Jorge Borges and assistant coach Jetsada Jitsawad, lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Muangthong United will be fully prepared for the upcoming Thai League 2 campaign, with the absolute and singular objective of securing immediate promotion back to Thai League 1 within this single season.
